A seasoned sales and business development leader with over 30 years of experience working primarily in the manufacturing and technology sectors. Throughout his career, Will has honed his strategies, processes, and skills to create significant ROI working and selling across a multitude of sectors including, financial services, sports and entertainment, national and international brands, retail, transportation, and others.

Most recently, Will spent 17 years at ICON Digital Productions, a leading Canadian visual graphics and digital signage firm. He joined ICON in 2005 as a Senior Consultant before moving into management. As Vice President of Sales, Will spent 10 years building, developing, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve year-over-year growth for 10 years straight and deliver “best-inclass” customer satisfaction.

Will holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Bishop’s University, as well as a Certificate of Studies in Mandarin from the National Taiwan Normal University.
