Proven Stove Fire Safety for Multi-Family Commercial Properties
At Pioneering Technology, we work hard to help commercial property owners and managers just like you protect their investment and their tenants or residents from the high cost of cooking fires. Our proven product solutions for electric coil stoves, electric smooth top, induction, and microwave ovens prevent cooking fires at the source. And that helps you prevent injuries or loss of life; as well as costly repairs, lost rent, and increased insurance costs.
Plug-and-Play Solution for Electric Coil Stoves
SmartBurner is a plug-and-play fire prevention solution that replaces the electric coil element in your stovetop and uses our patented (TLC) technology to prevent fires from starting by regulating the cooking temperature to below the point where cooking oils auto-ignite. After over 1.5 million installations, not a single fire has started on a cooktop using SmartBurner’s technology. Cooking is the leading cause of all household fires, the leading cause of fire-related injury, and the second leading cause of fire-related death. SmartBurner helps save people and property by helping to prevent these fires from starting in the first place. SmartBurner is unlike other conventional fire prevention products in that it does not wait for a fire to start before taking action. Instead, SmartBurner prevents cooking fires from starting without the user even knowing they were at risk of a fire in the first placeView Product Contact us for bulk Orders
For Electric Glass-Top Stoves
Smart Range monitors changes in the range’s cooking temperature and signals a pre-alarm if a cooking fire risk is detected. If the user does not press the Heat Sensor cover during the pre-alarm, the range will automatically shut off. SmartRange does not protect against all possible hazards, but it does significantly improve cooking safety and delivers a return on investment through insurance savings, restoration and lost rent costs.View Product Contact us for bulk Orders
Hard-Wired Electric Coil Solution
Smart Element with its patented temperature limiting control (TLC) technology controls the temperature of stovetops keeping it below the auto-ignition point of cooking oils and many common household materials. How does it do this? By shutting off the burner element when the temperature reaches about 350°C/662°F. When the element has cooled to below that threshold, the burner turns back on again. Think of it like a furnace for cooking. Just as your furnace turns on and off to regulate the temperature in your home, SMARTElement regulates the cooking temperature of your stovetop.View Product Contact us for bulk Orders
Microwave Safety Solution
According to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), U.S. fire departments respond to more than 2 million false and nuisance alarms. Many of these are triggered by microwave ovens in apartment buildings, hotels, and college/university residences. The result? Unnecessary building evacuations, costly fire department responses, and tenant/resident apathy.View Product Contact us for bulk Orders
