Cooking with Safe-T-element®
Your safety and the safety of others are very important to us. Safe-T-element® has been installed throughout many applications to not only help prevent kitchen fires but to provide greater control over the element’s temperature for improved cooking results; ease in keeping the stove-top and drip pans clean; and in reducing energy consumption.
FOR OPTIMUM COOKING RESULTS
The Safe-T-element® plate is slightly larger in diameter than the burner element so the heat is dispersed evenly across the plate rather than being focused on just three to four rings. This factor along with different utensil and quality will result in longer initial heating. Once the plate is fully heated up, there should be no obvious difference in cooking time.

conducted by CSA International.
For optimal cooking performance the manufacturer suggests the following:
- Match large pots with large burners, small pots with small burners.
- The flatness of the cooking utensil will improve conduction of heat.
- Keep lids on pans/pots to prevent heat from escaping.
