Mr. Kevin R. Callahan, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Callahan is President and Chief Executive Officer of Pioneering Technology Corp. and its subsidiaries. Mr. Callahan is a partner in Upstream Capital Inc., a private investment company and President of The Upstream Group Inc., a private company that works with emerging business ventures.

Prior to forming The Upstream Group, Mr. Callahan worked with EcomPark Inc., a public venture investment firm, as an advisor and as President of one of their investee companies from March 2000 to March 2001. EcomPark was sold in 2001. From November 1994 to March 2000, Mr. Callahan worked in consumer products marketing with BBDO Canada, a division of BBDO Worldwide as Vice-President, Group Director. Mr Callahan has over 15 years of consumer goods product development and marketing experience globally working with some of the world’s biggest brand names.

Mr. Peter Knee, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Knee is Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Pioneering Technology Corp and its subsidiaries. Mr. Knee is a Chartered Accountant with many years of experience in the financial services, high technology and public accounting industries.

Prior to joining Pioneering, Mr. Knee was CFO of Citicapital, a large equipment finance company wholly owned by Citigroup until its recent sale to GE Capital. While at Citicapital, Mr. Knee also held the positions of Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for integrating and restructuring several acquired equipment leasing companies; and as Vice President, Sales of the vendor equipment financing division responsible for leading a national sales force. Mr. Knee was also National Sales Manager for Compaq Financial Services and Vice President of AT&T Capital’s high technology leasing division.

Mr. Knee articled with Deloitte & Touche, where he obtained his Chartered Accountants designation and holds an undergraduate degree from Bishops University in Lennoxville, Quebec.

Mr. Laird Comber – Vice President of Sales

Mr. Comber is Vice President of Sales for Pioneering Technology. Mr. Comber has over ten years of sales leadership experience, the last three of which were spent building Pioneering’s Safe-T-element business throughout North America.

Prior to Pioneering Mr. Comber spent 7 years in sales with Johnston Equipment, Canada’s largest engineered systems and material handing company.

Mr. Earl Diment - Chief Safety Officer

Mr. Diment is Chief Safety Officer for Pioneering Technology. Prior to that Mr. Diment spent 24 years with Portland Fire & Rescue, in Portland OR.

Starting as a line firefighter he has spent the last 20 years as a fire prevention and life safety specialist teaching, lecturing, and authoring papers throughout the United States on the subject.

Mr. Diment is currently Vice Chair of the Executive Board (of the Education Section) for the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) in Boston, Massachusetts.
